How much are tickets?

 

One Day General Admission: $30 plus tax online pre-sale/ $40 plus tax at the Door

Single-Day Senior, Military, or Student: $20 plus tax in advance, $30 plus tax at the Door
VIP Two Day Admission: $75 plus tax pre-sale only
Kids (Ages 0-10) Admission: Free
Reduced $5 end-of-day tickets will be available starting at 4:00pm each day for those interested in checking out some of the exhibitors before the festival ends at 6:00pm.
 
Online ticket sales close at midnight the day before. Tickets at the door are based on venue capacity and preference goes to pre-sale ticketholders. If you pre-purchased a Student / Military / Senior Citizen Admission but do not have a valid ID at the door, you will be charged the difference between the ticket and a door rate General Admission ticket to enter. No refunds or exchanges.
 

Are kids free?

Children ages 10 and under will be admitted for free.

Do you offer Military / First Responder discounts?

We do offer military discount tickets and occasionally we have promotional tickets for eligible veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders and their families… please visit Veteran Tickets Foundation or First Tickets Foundation to check availability. (You must use an existing or create an account to request tickets).

What are the hours of the Festival?

11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.

Where is the Festival?

This year’s Festival is located at the Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 West 18th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues. That’s just steps from the #1 train (to 18th Street) and the #2 or #3 trains (to 14th Street) in the Chelsea district of Manhattan.

Will the Festival be held rain or shine?

Yes, our Festival is indoors, so weather will not affect us.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed unless they are service animals.

Are there ATMs at the Festival?

There are no ATMs inside the Pavilion. Plan to bring cash, although most of our vendors do accept credit cards as well.

Is the Festival fully vegetarian?

Yes, the event is fully vegan (no animal products anywhere). We showcase how delicious, varied, and all-inclusive a cruelty-free lifestyle can be!

Is there a coat check?

No.

Do you have to be present to win a raffle prize?

No. We will use the contact information you provide on the back of the ticket to notify you (make sure you write legibly) as well as post the winning numbers on the NYCVegFoodFest facebook page the day after the show.

Is the Festival wheelchair-accessible?

Absolutely!

Will I have to wait in line to get in if I already purchased my ticket?

Depending on when you arrive, there may be a line to get in but we have taken multiple measures this year to increase the efficiency of check-in in order to mitigate the wait. Please assist us by having your ticket and ID ready.

Can I bring outside food in?

No.

Is there a lost & found?

Yes, please contact the Metropolitan Pavilion and let them know what you are missing.
