Below you will find our Exhibitor Packages and some Marketing Options. Please complete the form below and submit your application for review along with a $50 application convenience fee. This application will not be reviewed without receipt of such non-refundable application convenience fee. 2022 MULTI-EVENT DISCOUNT: If you exhibit at 2 or more of the AZ, NYC or CA Vegetarian Food Festival + Symposiums in 2022 or the AZ Vegetarian Food Festival + Symposium in 2020, you will receive a multi-event discount of 10% off of each exhibitor package. The discount for event #1 & #2 will be applied on the invoice for event #2. The discount for event #3 will be applied on the invoice for event #3.

REMINDER: All items sampled and sold at the festival must be 100% vegan.

NOTE: Discounts cannot be combined. The exhibitor fees are listed next to each exhibitor package below. The Total indicated at the bottom of this application does not take into account any applicable discounts, noted exclusions, taxes and convenience fees. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will be emailed a separate agreement and invoice. Payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice to avoid any additional fees. Late applications will be subject to additional fees and shorter payment terms. Payment can be made online or via check/money order.

SELECT YOUR EXHIBITOR PACKAGE:

Note: Truck exhibitors must select any of the above packages but rather than a tent and table set up they will get a space large enough to accommodate their truck.

Note: 501(c) Nonprofit exhibitors may take $500 off of either Package D or E and sell or distribute sample merchandise or informational items.

EXHIBITOR PACKAGE ADD-ONS:

All packages with the exception of Packages D and E already include at least one table and chair as listed in the descriptions. Unless otherwise provided in the package, Exhibitors must supply their own tablecloth.

MARKETING ADD-ONS:

The Total indicated at the bottom of this application does not take into account any applicable discounts, noted exclusions, taxes and convenience fees.
